Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in at autopilotcontentflow.co.uk/auth.
2. Go to Dashboard → Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, brand settings, generated posts and video projects, uploaded media, and all connected social accounts and their access tokens.

Disconnect a social account only

To remove data for a single platform (Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, LinkedIn or TikTok) without closing your account, go to Dashboard → Connections and select Disconnect next to that platform. We immediately delete the stored access token and platform profile data for that connection.

You can also revoke our access from Facebook at Settings → Apps and Websites. Doing so triggers deletion of the related connection data on our side.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@autopilotcontentflow.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete the data within 30 days, confirming by email once complete.

What we keep

We retain only the records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records held by our payment processor. These contain no social account data or generated content.
